Sales > Offshore Operations > Project Supply & Demand Planning
You will be a part of the Project supply & Demand Planning department under Global Pre-assembly & Logistics, which handles all delivery and assembly of components prior to installation offshore. The team consist of highly competent and dedicated demand planners and pre-assembly planners that work with both short- and long-term planning activities. As a Student Worker, you will be based in our headquarter in Aarhus working together with internal stakeholders from purchase, preassembly, transport, finance, and manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Your main responsibility will be to support the team with administrative tasks primarily in our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics AX) regarding demand planning and goods receiving of our main components, site parts, and transport tools. Further, you will assist team members with updating schedules in Primavera, coordinating tower transport tools, setting up reports in Power BI, preparing presentations, and other relevant ad-hoc analysis.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Generate item requirements in our ERP system for each of our main components
Receive main components in ERP system when they arrive on site
Pick/pack main components from site as they are being shipped offshore or to other sites
Assist the team in other relevant ad-hoc administrative and analytical tasks
Qualifications
You have a relevant educational background within business administration along with a good supply chain understanding, and preferably you have 1-2 years left of your studies. Your weekly working hours will be 15-20 hours per week, but we expect mutual flexibility regarding working hours.
Competencies
You have an analytical mindset and pay attention to detail. Furthermore, it is crucial that you easily create and maintain new stakeholder relations since you will be taking on a central role in the organization. The position requires strong IT skills, primarily Microsoft Office and ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics AX), while knowledge of Power BI and Primavera/P6 will be an advantage. We expect you to be fluent in English, both in writing and speech.
