Our team is a part of Offshore Engineering and is responsible for Secondary Support Structures within tower internals.
How to contribute to our vision
You will be in the team of Master data & support, but your tasks can in certain cases also require cooperation between different departments. We are always looking for talents who have the courage to ask those questions that can end up providing valuable answers and solutions.
For this position you will be working with various administrative tasks which will support the team in their daily work by doing various ad hoc. assignments such as:
Create overviews in excel and VBS coding in excel.
Mapping of processes/storyboard creation.
Maintaining SharePoint folders incl. documents.
Project support across different departments.
Support in administrative tasks such as Non-Conformance handling.

An individual who is enrolled in a relevant higher education on Bachelor or Master level and have passed the first semester with good results. Furthermore, you are a n advanced user of MS Office 365 and have a flair for IT systems I general. As a person you are a team player who is goal oriented, self-driven and well-structured. Lastly, you possess good communication skills and are fluent in English verbally and in writing.
