We are now looking for a Student Assistant to join our Offshore Tender Management Department. The Tender Management Department is the part of Offshore Sales organisation, with the global responsibility for the technical, budgetary, commercial and contractual proposals for the construction of Offshore Wind Turbines projects for our customers.
The department consists of 23 colleagues, with 12 different nationalities, based in 5 different global locations, with many different professional and cultural backgrounds, who are united in their passion to provide winning solutions for offshore wind projects and contributing to the transition to renewable energy. We take pride in having a very professional approach to our work, combined with a friendly and relaxed working manner.
How to contribute to our vision
Based in our Vejle Office, you will be treated as an equal and active member of our team, supporting the Tender Managers and Management team, with a variety of technical and administrative tasks. We would envisage that some tasks and projects will ad-hoc and short term, whereas others may be longer and more in depth. Tasks may involve documentation, or maybe working with other departments on information flows, or possibly helping with some of our IT tools. Our business and work are fast moving, with our Tender managers working on project budgets worth hundreds of millions of euros, so you should be prepared to enjoy and embrace the dynamic nature of our work.

What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We envisage that ..
You are enrolled in a bachelor’s or Master’s course in a relevant business or technical area
You have a bright and business-driven mindset
As a person you are proactive, structured and detail orientated.
You are positive in your outlook and enjoy meeting lots of people and working within a team.
You are international in your mindset and enjoy and embrace working across different cultures within a global business environment.
You have advanced proficiency in written and spoken English, being able to communicate both orally and in writing at a high professional level.
You possess a general IT flair, especially in MS Excel.
You are reliable and ready to work consistently circa 20 hours per week
Ideally you should have at least 12 months until your graduation, but we are also happy to consider your application if you have less. Our working environment is flexible, so actual working hours can be planned according to your class schedule and assignments.
Also, once onboarding is completed working from home for some of the hours will be a possibility.
