If the answer is YES - then seize the opportunity to become a Student Assistant with VIKING Life-Saving Equipment, joining our dedicated Rules & Regulations team in our legal division, which is part of QLA (QHSE, Legal and Academy).
In your new role you’ll use your critical thinking and eye for detail as well as your team player approach and problem-solving mindset to support your colleagues. Working closely with experienced professionals, you will be involved in a balanced mix of practical and administrative tasks and projects, covering a wide scope of regulatory and patents disciplines.
To name a few, you’ll be responsible for supervised administration of different fora internally and externally; collection and preparation of material from the many internal stakeholders as well as support in enrolling training for the appointed roles across the organization and much more.

You’ll work approximately 16 hours a week. Preferably 2 full days with the possibility of more hours during school breaks and with great flexibility around exam periods.

Your skills and effort will be key to successfully:
plan, coordinate and execute Rules and Regulations tasks
support on patents and legal risk management matters
navigate in a global organization with many stakeholders and assist them on a regular basis
provide valuable support to your colleagues in the QLA department
To succeed, you:
are currently studying your bachelors or master’s degree within a relevant field and have at least 2 years left of your studies
are detail-oriented, structured and responsible – so you can take ownership of tasks and projects while seeing them through from briefing to production
master written English - and maybe German as well
