Would you like to work with development and recruitment in an international environment, and do you want to be part of the global transition to renewable energy? Then join our team as our Student Assistant for Human Resources in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The Role
Joining our international team in Copenhagen, you will be responsible for organizing the recruitment procedure – including the selection, screening, and testing of new employees.
You will work closely with the partners at our offices around the world on finding the right candidates for various jobs in the offshore wind industry. Moreover, you will assist the development of our HR department, including establishing processes for both operational and strategic HR activities.
Your Responsibilities
Supporting the search for new candidates globally
Candidate screening and testing (personality, IQ, etc.)
Managing and ensuring continuous improvement of our recruitment procedures
Managing our HR platform and intranet (OfficeVibe, SharePoint)
Managing employment contracts with the help from our Finance team
Playing a vital part in optimizing and developing our HR protocols
Performing operational tasks in connection with the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding
About You
Bringing the below skills and qualities will make it easier to succeed in this role:
You are on the final year of your bachelor’s degree or have just started your master’s degree within Human Resource Management, Business Communication, Management & Organization or similar, preferably paired with a general interest in renewable energy projects
Experience with the recruitment process from candidate screening to drawing up contracts
Experience with candidate testing and company internal employee surveys
You are fluent in written and spoken English and have excellent communication skills
You are highly motivated, flexible, and structured with a can-do attitude
You are a team player with a curious and innovative mindset who likes to challenge the status quo
The weekly working hours will be approximately 15 hours, and we are flexible to make it fit your school and exam schedule.
