Join us in this role where you’ll influence decisions and handle tasks on your own. You’ll be administering our vessel inspections while working on refining our digital solution for inspection of vessels, this together with experts in our IT department.
Welcome to Marine Inspection
You’ll be part of Marine Inspection, consisting of four marine inspection coordinators, where you, together with your colleagues, will be coordinating vessel inspections for +35 inspectors globally using a digital solution that you’ll drive the development of.
You’ll play an important role in:
administering incoming requests for vessel inspections
administering invoicing and access
developing efficient and digital solutions for our vessel inspection processes in SharePoint, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate
supporting and training inspectors in using our digital solution for vessel inspection
creating monthly reports on the status of inspections and performance of vessels.
To succeed in the role, you:
are currently studying at bachelor level within business processes or IT and have at least two years left before graduating
are curious, proactive, and a fast learner, have a structured way of thinking, and are convincing in your communication
have a flair for handling data and IT, and you thrive in creating digital solutions
can handle several tasks simultaneously and thrive in a changeable environment
speak and write English at a proficient level and preferably Danish at minimum basic level.
