By joining Stena Group IT’s Graduate Programme, you will be a member of Stena’s IT Organization and play a part in spearheading digital transformation across our entire range of diverse business areas – from ferry operations and shipping to offshore drilling, property, finance and new business.
We handle the business technology solutions that put us on route to becoming the world’s first cognitive ferry company, we fine tune the data that make buildings and tenants interact and even shape the IoT technology and data prediction that will keep our nation-wide garden centres flourishing in the new century.
The programme
During 16 challenging months, you will experience and get a full understanding of how Stena drives digitalization throughout our industries and be working with the business units and our five functions within Stena Group IT; Shared Infrastructure and Support Services, Workplace and Productivity Solutions, Group Information and Technology Governance, Business Engagement and Project Management, and Business Solutions. You will take part in working with the management team at Stena Group IT to help drive our organization forward, collaborate with our teams to enable technologies to our businesses in order to digitalize Stena, and be able to strengthen your skillset through our development program.
Our Graduates have the possibility to shape their future career and work in multiple areas such as Software Development, Business Intelligence, Data Science, Product Management, IT Management consulting and more, while being challenged to build an understanding of how our different industries operate.
