About the role
In this role, you develop and drive the sustainability efforts within X Shore.
This is a key role connected to the development of our strategy and global manufacturing footprint. You ensure that sustainability aspects are incorporated in X Shore's differentiation strategy, external positioning, reporting and policy documents. This includes the information required by different stakeholders through the rapidly changing reporting landscape, such as new regulations. As Sustainability Officer you facilitate and ensure the data collection and processes connected to the ESG reporting process. You make sure that we have efficient system solutions that help us move towards a more automated performance management, and you support colleagues in preparing materials for presentations and extracting data for reporting on all levels. In addition, youâre developing processes and collecting and organizing data, while also being a point of contact for cross functions related to the sustainability targets.
The position is based in Stockholm
Your profile
Experience from process development and project management, preferably as a management consultant with a top tier consultancy in combination with line management experience from a production environment
University degree in engineering or another relevant field
Being a data driven and an analytical problem solver, youâre organized and structured
Experience in leading cross-functional teams, ideally in international environments
Experience in performance management and knowledge about relevant sustainability related regulations
Youâre communicative and skilled in explicit writing, and confidently communicate in both written and verbal Swedish and English
Youâre passionate about sustainability and have a sense for technical opportunities
