SHIPMENT COORDINATOR
An exciting opportunity has arisen as a Shipment Coordinator. In this role, you will be part of the Supply Chain team. Your daily tasks include monitoring of projects and shipments, and handling of courier deliveries outside projects. You will need good communication and collaborative skills as your responsibilities include the creation of shipping documentation based on client's needs. The role will be based in Rauma, Finland, and the position is fixed term until the end of December 2022.
Responsibilities:
Monitoring of projects and shipments, and handling of courier deliveries outside projects
Creation of shipping documentation based on client's needs
Reporting and monitoring of missing and loose parts
Calculation of dimensions and weight of thruster units
Share upcoming packing work and schedules to Packing department
Shipping weight calculations of thruster units
Qualifications and experience:
A minimum of Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Experience with BaaN ERP-system
Experience with BLX, MDM, Planner and Microsoft Office are considered as an advantage
Good spoken and written Finnish and English skills
Good time management skills

Work efficiently while keeping an attention to detail
