TRS-avdelingen i Weatherford Norge søker positive, fleksible og lærevillige Offshore Service Technicians som kan bidra med å skape verdens beste «Tubular Running» avdeling.
Stillingen vil blant annet omfatte følgende arbeidsoppgaver: (Offshore)
Bruke / operere fjernstyrte tenger under skruing av forings- og produksjonsrør.
Tolkning av «torque – turn» grafer for å sikre/ivareta brønn integriteten.
Kunnskap om Premium rørgjenger brukt under brønnbyggingen offshore.
Innebærer arbeid på boredekk.
Påse at avdelingens utstyr er levert / satt opp i henhold til interne og eksterne krav.
Utføre daglig, ukentlig og månedlig vedlikehold på avdelingens utstyr offshore.
Ved behov utføre service, feilsøking og reparasjon på avdelingens utstyr.
Rapportere skriftlig via prosjekt planleggings verktøy før, under og etter jobb.
Samhandle med organisasjonen på land.
Delta i planleggingsmøter på land ved behov.
Delta i QHSSE- og operasjonsmøter ved behov.
Rapportering i henhold til interne og eksterne prosedyrer.
Være Weatherford sin ambassadør offshore med vekt på kundeservice / kundetilfredshet.
The TRS Department at Weatherford Norway is looking for positive, flexible and teachable Offshore Service Technicians who can help create the world's best "Tubular Running" department.
The position will include the following tasks: (Offshore)
Use / operate remote-controlled pliers while screwing casing and production pipes.
Interpretation of "torque - turn" graphs to ensure / maintain well integrity.
Knowledge of Premium pipe threads used during well construction offshore.
Involves work on drilling deck.
Ensure that the department's equipment is delivered / set up in accordance with internal and external requirements.
Perform daily, weekly and monthly maintenance on the department's offshore equipment.
If necessary, perform service, troubleshooting and repair of the department's equipment.
Report in writing via project planning tools before, during and after work.
Interact with the organization on land.
Attend onshore planning meetings as needed.
Attend QHSSE and operations meetings as needed.
Reporting according to internal and external procedures.
Be Weatherford's offshore ambassador with an emphasis on customer service / customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Kvalifikasjoner:
Relevant fagbrev innen oljerelaterte fag. Herunder eksempelvis fagbrev innen teknikk og industriell produksjon, automatikk, mekaniske fag, elektronikk og hydraulikk.
Presisjon i arbeidet.
Fortrinnsvis lang erfaring med TRS operasjoner.
Offshore helseattest og offshore sertifikat.
Gode lederegenskaper.
Gode IT kunnskaper.
Må beherske norsk og engelsk både skriftlig og muntlig.
Serviceinnstilt og evner å kommunisere med personer på forskjellig nivå.
Motivert, lærevillig og initiativrik.
Selvgående og løsningsorientert.
Gode holdninger i forhold til Kvalitet og HMS.
Qualifications:
Relevant certificate in oil-related subjects. Including, for example, trade certificates in engineering and industrial production, automation, mechanical subjects, electronics and hydraulics
Precision in your work.
Preferably long experience with TRS operations.
Offshore health certificate and offshore certificate.
Good leadership qualities.
Good IT knowledge.
Must have Norwegian and English language skills - written and spoken.
Service-minded and able to communicate with people at different levels.
Motivated, willing to learn and enterprising.
Self-motivated and solution-oriented.
Good attitudes in relation to Quality and HSE.
