What you’ll need to succeed:You will be a senior member of our team developing digital software products for our customers and building system testing capabilities for various projects including AWS-based IoT cloud platform. You appreciate working in an international, cross-functional setup and engaging with various teams working with frontend and backend software solutions.
As a software test engineering expert, you thrive in using modern DevOps tools and practises to produce quality software solutions. You aim to understand the system being tested by studying the architecture and learning the related cutting-edge technologies. You are able to communicate effectively when analyzing, troubleshooting and resolving issues together with developers. You master different aspects of system testing, from crafting test cases to integrating system testing to automated build pipelines.

Our ideal candidate has:Several years of professional experience in designing and developing system testsStrong working knowledge in Python programming language and preferably experience with other programming languages, such as Java and JavaScriptProven track record of programming elegant and fit-for-purpose system testing solutionsExperience with tools, frameworks, and technologies related to designing and implementing system tests, such as Robot Framework, Selenium and DockerNatural drive for continuous learningProficiency with agile and lean software development methodsStrong analytical and problem solving skillsGood communication skills allowing collaboration with stakeholders from various backgroundsProficiency in English (written and verbal)M.Sc (Eng.) or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
Additionally, we appreciate:
Good working knowledge of CI/CD and build automation technologies, such as Jenkins pipelinesExperience with or eagerness to learn cloud technologies, such as AWS RDS, S3, Athena, Kinesis, ECS, Lambda, Glue and CloudFormation
