Together, we lead and leave a positive impact on societies, companies and people around the world.You will join our Technical Safety departmentAs our new Senior Technical Safety Engineer, you will be part of a team of 5 highly dedicated technical specialists in Esbjerg, who contribute to both client and in-house projects with regards to technical safety. The work involves analytical safety analysis, facilitating workshops for clients, and development of safety applicationsThe primary focus areas of the department are the offshore wind and oil and gas sectors. Our services cover activities with technical safety design, risk assessment and HSE project management (risk register, coordination, etc). We cover all aspects of a project including concept and feasibility studies, detailed engineering, EPC and follow-up engineering.The team cooperates closely with technical safety specialists in all parts of Ramboll’s organisation as well as specialists in other fields when required.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:Establish governing Health and Safety documentation and philosophiesEstablishing strategies for Technical Safety disciplinesFollow up to ensure that project designs satisfy safety requirementsRisk and consequence analysis (fire, explosion, etc.)Escape, evacuation, rescue and recovery assessmentsPerform design reviews/verificationsPrepare specification for safety equipmentParticipate in DRA, HAZOP, HAZID and SAFOP workshopsWorkplace assessment (Human Factor engineering)Hazardous area assessmentParticipation in multidisciplinary design projectsYour starting point for constant growthFrom the moment you join Ramboll, we will support your personal and professional development so that you grow with the company.
