Exciting, right?We are looking for skilled and experienced structural design engineers to expand our renewable engineering department. The right candidate will join major new build international projects for offshore wind HVDC converter platforms. You will also for shorter duration take part in bids and studies for future projects within renewables/offshore wind.
As a structural design engineer, you will be responsible for structural 3D modelling and structural drawing production. You will work in the structural discipline team as a project engineer with technical focus or have a group- or discipline lead position in projects.
Typical tasks and responsibilities:
Be a team member of the structural discipline and area multidiscipline teams.
Modelling structural steel constructions in E3D.
Drawing production in E3D Draw.
Self check and check of others work, including coordination of defined team.
Fabrication follow-up
Interface towards other disciplines.

Qualifications and personal characteristicsr:
Bachelor Degree
Technical College or other relevant education will be evaluated
The candidate must have deep knowledge and experience with E3D & E3D Draw
The candidate must have experience as structural design engineer in greenfield and/or offshore projects.
The candidate must have experience with main/primary, secondary and outfitting steel design.
Good knowledge to rules and guidelines for structural design/engineering, such as NORSOK, Eurocode and DNV.

Knowledge and interest for renewable energy and offshore wind
