Building on our extensive oil & gas expertise, we are developing a strong position as a provider of offshore renewable energy solutions.Do you want to be part of shaping our renewable energy future?We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager, who will take active participation in market research, development of new solutions, promotion and sales of solutions worldwide for Offshore Wind Market and who will provide highly motivated and business oriented contribution to support MacGregor’s growth and innovation strategy within Offshore Wind Market globally.

Main tasks and responsibilities:Continuously grow MacGregor’s brand awareness
Discover and direct business opportunities based on well established knowledge of market demand
Sustain and develop strong long-lasting customer relationships
Perform market-related activities such as participation at relevant conferences, exhibitions
Create value for customers through sales and support
Generate sales by leveraging your existing network within Offshore Wind global market, negotiate and close deals
What you’ll need to succeed:BS/MS degree in business administration, marketing, or engineering (relevant experience can compensate for formal education)
Successful track record in sales of W2W and/or monopile installation solutions within Offshore Wind
Strong knowledge of Offshore Wind market and available network within the industry’s players
Knowledge and experience in participating at key industry events, seminars and exhibitions
Proactive within the internal and external environment
Fluent in English, oral and written
Strong commercial drive
Excellent negotiation skills
Strategic thinking and analytical
Multicultural working experience and understanding of global cultural differences
Motivated and self-driven achiever comfortable to work autonomously and as a part of a team
Proven ability to drive the sales process
Outstanding communications skills and ability to convince at all levels
Creating and implementing sales plans
Experience in developing budgets
