Road transport sector is a key part of Gasum's strategy. The Traffic Business Unit serves the automotive and transport sector with gas fuel. This sector is undergoing a major transformation in customer needs, due to increased demand for cleaner solutions, environmental targets, and cost efficiency requirements. The Traffic Business Unit is currently operating in Finland, Sweden, and Norway, and is in strong growth for the future, with customers in private and public transport segments.

We are now looking for our Traffic Business Unit a
Senior Manager, Customer Care & Sales Support
for a Nordic role.

Senior Manager, Customer Care & Sales Support is responsible for the continuous development and day-to-day operation of Gasum's customer service and sales support activities to ensure consistent, timely, and efficient customer service and sales support in a multi-vendor and multi-channel setup across the Nordics. In this role, you will lead a small team of customer service and sales support professionals. The role will be based in Finland or Sweden.

Your main responsibilities will be:

developing and managing a cross-Nordic multi-vendor, multi-channel setup for efficient customer service and sales support
setting and following ambitious performance targets to meet and exceed customers' expectations of Gasum Customer Service
developing and managing processes, tools, and practices to improve customer experience and sales support performance
contributing in cross-organizational development projects
managing and developing key stakeholder relationships, including vendor relationships
providing leadership, coaching, and day-to-day support to direct reports

What we expect from you:

As the Senior Manager, Customer Care & Sales Support, we are looking for you to have solid experience in business development and customer service. You are an experienced team manager, good communicator, and a strong team player. You are very familiar with managing and developing customer service and sales support processes, practices, and tools. You have previous knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and strong business acumen.

You are a positive and cooperative team player with plenty of initiative. You can make things happen and simplify complexities: you seek continuous improvement. This role requires fluent written and spoken English language and at least one of the following Nordic languages: Finnish, Swedish or Norwegian. Other Nordic languages will be considered as an advantage. Our internal company language is English.
