You’ll be part of Procurement Excellence in Procurement where you, together with your colleagues, will be responsible for pursuing excellence in procurement and developing the procurement organisation.
You’ll play an important role in:
being responsible for the ongoing standardisation and development of Procurement’s global contract template repositorypartaking in Procurement’s digitalisation journeydriving the implementation of software support for drafting contractsproviding ad hoc legal advisory to our sourcing managers and contract managers on contractual mattersmanaging Procurement related compliance matters and leverage Procurement’s compliance towards internal rules and policies.
To succeed in the role, you:
have a master’s degree in law or similarhave extensive experience within the contract law practice area and some experience working with procurement contractshave a strong legal-commercial mindset and are capable of translating business needs into a legal frameworkhave flair for IT and great attention to detailsspeak and write English fluently and thrive in an international environment.
