We see an increased demand for our services within Risers, umbilicals and subsea power cables technology and are thus looking for a senior engineer to join our team. We are a team with large flexibility and high expertise giving great opportunity for development.
We combine our domain knowledge and subject matter expertise in a strong technical environment making us the preferred advisor in the energy sector. Our independent position brings us close to both the manufacturers, engineering companies, operators, and industrial research environments.
Responsibilities:
You will be involved in projects and services from the concept stage, to design, engineering, and operational decision support of risers, umbilical’s, and subsea power cables. A major part of your daily work will be related to innovation, technology qualification, and development of tools and software used to control the risks throughout the lifetime of the assets. We are serving both the traditional oil and gas market, and increasingly, the low carbon energy market including offshore wind farms assisting with the energy transition.
You will be working in cross-disciplinary projects together with material experts and structural integrity experts and assist manufacturers and operators with advanced structural and hydrodynamic analysis, technical advisory related to design, concept evaluations, optimization and establish maintenance programs for structural integrity.
Position Qualifications:

We are looking for a colleague who has:
Minimum 5 years professional experience
Master’s Degree in Marine Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering/ Structural Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or Physics
Experience with analysis and analytical tools
Experience with coupled analysis approaches, hydrodynamics/aerodynamics and global response
Programming skills
