For our Technical Project Management and Logistic team, we are looking for a committed and motivated Supply Chain Management Specialist to ensure we can execute our growing project pipeline. You will be part of a global team of 18 dedicated project managers and specialists working on New Product Introduction (NPI) and New Plant Projects (NPP) within Offshore Operation Nacelles.
How to contribute to our vision
Our logistic function is ensuring the inbound logistic from suppliers to our warehouse and until the component is delivered in the production by ensuring the packaging and storage of components, warehouse size and setup, needed equipment and logistic flow of materials and finally the IT setup.
The position is based in Brande with focus on Nacelle projects mostly outside Denmark.
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Participate in NPI/NPP projects logistic workstream. Leading the workstream is a possibility for the right candidate with project management experience.
Material Flow, perform mapping and story boards for handling components.
Warehouse layout, space estimations and warehouse building requirements.
Scenario and business case creation to support strategy and selection.
Provides analyses as required by Supply Chain Management
Shop floor support in the installation and start of production phase
Stakeholder interface and management with internal and external parties.
What do you need to make a difference
You preferably have a master’s degree within Supply Chain Management/Logistics
5+ years of experience in design, control and improvement of source-, deliver- and returns setup and the IT tools (SAP) that supports them.
Experience in Lean manufacturing, preferably from the wind industry or with heavy components.
Master Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Power Point and MS Project.
Comfortable working in an international, multi-cultural team and capable of working effectively across department boundaries in a large organization.
As a person you are open-minded and proactive with a quality-oriented and structured approach
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English, both written and verbally.
Willing to travel approx. 30-50 travel days per year when we have start of productions
Project Management skills and experience is a plus but not required
