How to contribute to our vision

You will be SAP PM key user for the maintenance team and help the production area and solve day-to-day SAP PM problems. The role also involves initiating analyses and Root-Cause investigations on SAP PM problems, as well as identify improvement potentials.

You will maintain the SAP PM master data and support the daily production with SAP PM orders, KPI´s as well as setting new standards together with the global team of SAP PM key users. you will also be the gate keeper of the SAP PM process as well as responsible for setting up new systems when required.

Additional responsibilities:

  • Have meetings with SAP PM communities across plants.
  • Participate in general production meetings and department meetings.
  • Support local and global when needed.
  • Participate in production shop floor meetings.
  • Analyzing SAP PM data, looking for further improvements.

 

What you need to make a difference

Besides a passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change, we are also looking for:

A motivating team player, who is resilient, responsible, and structured with excellent communication skills. You interact with stakeholders high and low in the organization as well as external stakeholders. You are motivated by providing quality results within the deadlines and are happy to work in a dynamic organization and environment.

We expect you to have 3-5 years of experience with SAP PM or SAP, preferably with experience as a Maintenance Coordinator with SAP PM, a Planner with SAP PM experience or in a company that uses SAP PM. This can also be practical or technical experience as well.

You are as a person curious and want to learn and contribute in the organization, as well as you are good at managing different stakeholders. You know how to plan and prioritize the given tasks within the project. Furthermore, it is essential that you master IT skills within SAP and Excel.

It is a big advantage if you thrive in a multi-cultural environment and are familiar with working in large organizations. It is therefore important that you have excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
