At Johnson Controls Global Marine & Offshore Service Denmark (GMOS DK), we now have an exciting opportunity for you to be a part of our GMOS Sales teams from Holme, Denmark. In this role, you will present our Marine Products & Services portfolio to maritime fleets operating globally.

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer and revenue growth targets, by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing sales potential, crafting sales plans and being a trusting partner to our customers.
How you will do it
Identify leads and develop sales leads
Perform market-related activities such as participation in conferences, exhibitions etc.
Keeping up to date with market information, products and competitors
Establishing, maintaining, and expanding our customer base
Assist in negotiating and closing sales by agreeing on terms and conditions
Traveling to visit potential clients
Strive to achieve established individual and team goals
Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
What we look for
Customer driven adaptable Sales Manager with high degree of communications skills
Using sales tools and CRM systems – we use SalesForce e3 platform
Technical flair for industrial- or marine refrigeration and curiosity allowing you to operate, understand and advise customers with complex solutions
Proactive sales professional that can sell products and solutions (chiller plant, RSW & plate freezing process plant) and services (Planned Service Agreements, 24/7 support)
Innovative and future-focused mindset with a positive and collaborative attitude
Fluency in English – written and verbal.
Speak Danish or Scandinavian
Presentation & Negotiation skills
Strong Team Player
Education and Experience Requirements
Knowledge and/or experience within the marine fish segment, HVAC/R
Minimum 5 years of Sales Manager experience
Basic education as a Marine Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Electrical/Automation Engineer, Project Manager, or other relevant technical education
Understanding of Thermodynamics and Refrigerants – we are moving towards natural refrigerants and Johnson Controls are one of the market leaders within green technology
Multicultural understanding
Self-driven & good cooperation skills
