We are looking for a talented Sales Manager, who will be responsible for the performance of sales and marketing of MacGregor - Rapp and Triplex products. The Sales Manager is in charge of representing BU externally, ensuring that you are introduced to and aligned with MacGregor Code of Conduct, as well as that your tasks comply with local instructions in PEM, the local QEHS System and QEHS rules and requirements promoting and selling the organization's products and services including spare parts.

Main tasks and responsibilities:Liaise with other members of the Fishery and Research Business LineLiaise with other marketing and sales personnel in BU and other MacGregor BU’sIdentify leads and develop sales leadsPerform market-related activities such as participation in conferences, exhibitions etc.Ensure sales process are performed according to MacGregor/BU Operating SystemKeeping up to date with market information, products and competitorsEstablishing, maintaining and expanding the BU’s customer baseAssist in negotiating tender and contract termsAssist in negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditionsTravelling to visit potential clientsStrive to achieve established individual and team goalsOther duties as assigned by your leader

What you’ll need to succeed:Bachelor degree in Engineering, or similarRelevant experience can compensate for lack of formal educationAt least 5 years of relevant business/product experienceDetailed knowledge of MacGregor productsFluent English, oral and writtenNegotiation skillsMulticultural understandingSelf drivenCooperative
