Together, these ambitions will ensure that Vestas remains to be the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.ResponsibilitiesAs a Sales Coordinator you will support the sales team during bidding and negotiations of turbine supply agreements. This entails arranging, coordinating and participating in internal and external meetings. As part of this, you manage and track tasks and time schedules, you follow up on deliverables from team members and ensure the accuracy and completeness of the reporting and tracking tools for contract negotiations. At the same time, you ensure that our exchange of documentation with customers is in line with expectations and handled in accordance with the defined procedures.QualificationsWe are looking for a person with the following qualifications:Proven experience in working with similar tasks - preferably in a department focusing on large-scale business-to-business projects or in an international company working in a department handling complex long-term projectsAdvanced expertise with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Fluent in English verbally and in writing, and possess strong communication skillsCompetenciesYou are a driven person, capable of seeing the whole picture as well as have the interest of diving into the details when necessary.
