NCE > Offshore Service Resources > External Resource Management
Service Resources is part of the NCE Service organisation in Vestas. We are responsible for providing manpower solutions to work on improvement, optimisation and repair assignments within the offshore business. You will be part of a team of committed and enthusiastic employees that work in a variety of locations
Responsibilities
You will be a Project Manager working in the Regional Service Projects team, which is part of Offshore Service Resources with the following main areas of responsibility:
Responsible for the operational scope during planning, execution and closure of projects, including: Vessel and personnel mobilisation, Budgeting, Scheduling, Risk management, Resource management, Parts and tools management, HSE ambassador, Ensure quality of work and documentation.
Work closely in collaboration with the Project Manager and Head of Department.
Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
Along with the DSM & Site Manager, the Project Manager will ensure efficient use of assigned internal and external resources.
Report project status to key stakeholders.
Recruit, motivate and assist your team and encourage quality while ensuring safe execution of work.
Project execution to fulfil the business's obligations and achieve customer satisfaction targets are met.
Provide the necessary guidance and governance to ensure compliance with Vestas' policies and procedures.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a team leader / supervisor, project manager, or other relevant management experience.
Experience in remote leadership.
A technical background, e.g. within the wind industry.
Fluency in English.
Good knowledge of Microsoft products and general IT, for instance with SAP experience.
Willing to be flexible in relation to working hours given the worldwide location of our stakeholders.
Willing to travel to sites and Vestas' locations as required.

The ability to demonstrate safety-first behaviours.
Understand the general principles of project management and are able to demonstrate these on a daily basis.
Great interpersonal skills in working in a multi-cultural environment and have a solid collaborator mindset.
Natural leadership skills with a willingness to listen and support team members and employees.
