We are currently looking for a maternity cover who temporarily will be joining our Quality team in Nakskov as a Quality Engineer. The cover is expected to last one year from March 2021.
Tasks & responsibilities: You will…
…be part of the Quality team located in Nakskov, where you will be responsible for managing non-conformities and conducting audits. As Quality Engineer, it will be your job to develop and maintain Quality dashboards and data analysis. At the site in Nakskov, you are expected to proactively implement Quality awareness tools and conduct training.
You can expect the following tasks:
CR and IC monitoring and management
Conduct layer process audits
Data governance
Proactively identify and propose improvement opportunities
Create data overview
Support PQMs in data analysis
Quality problem solving tools
KPI reporting
Train new employees
Deploy changes
Develop and maintain quality procedures
Skills & experience: Our new colleague…
…preferably has a relevant engineering degree, if possible at master’s level (e.g. mechanical, materials or production based). You have previously been working in a manufacturing environment and have at least three years of experience from a Quality role. You pay attention to detail and you can design, run, and evaluate trials and prepare the appropriate technical reports.

Have knowledge of ISO 9001
Are a team player with good communication skills
Are proactive and flexible
Are an expert in CA/PA handling
Conversant with Quality tools (FMEA, SPC, MSA, GD&T, etc.)
Have good data management skills and IT knowledge (AX, Windchill, CRM, etc.)
