An important step of the way is to provide retrofit solutions to our clients, who are increasingly looking to convert their existing fleet’s propulsion engines and gen-sets to operate more efficiently and on more
environmentally friendly fuels such as LNG, Ethane, LPG, Methanol, biofuels, or Ammonia.
Job Description
As Project Manager, you will work with our increasing number of strategically important decarbonisation projects, delivered to our key global customers in the maritime sector. You will be part of our Pump Vaporizing Unit (PVU) project team which today consists of 5 colleague located in Copenhagen. The team is responsible for executing PVU projects from order intake to assemble / test and commissioning period and finally system delivery to customer. Your day-to-day tasks include facilitate project activities, conduct project meetings, time planning, ensure projects meet cost targets, having the daily dialogue with various internal and external stakeholders. You will be working from our Danish head office just by Copenhagen’s harbour front at Teglholmsgade 41.

Has strong commercial and technical knowledge from working with complex projects
Good collaboration and communication skills
Structured to keep track of several projects simultaneously
Self-driven with an entrepreneurial and strategic mindset
Fluent in English both in speech and writing
Knowledge of SAP is an advantages
You will be working closely together with our sales department for proposals and budgets for our projects issued in a designated sales and tender team counting sales managers, product managers, planner, controlling, and material managers, with cooperation and input from other internal departments like R&D, Engineering, supply chain, and our global organization. This also includes external partners like shipyards, naval architects, contractors, classification societies etc..
It will be an advantage to have experience with marine engines and knowledge from production industri, though not a prerequisite. Your scoping, costing, risk assessment, commercial understanding, combined with your experience from complex projects in the marine-, industrial or off-shore sector, is what will make you a success in this role.
You have a keen interest in developing the way we work with project and sales, and your ambitious nature is not settled with “good enough”.
You will be reporting to PVU Functional Leader in Project Execution, currently counting 19 staff, having undergone significant growth during the last 5 years, which is set to continue with the growing focus on decarbonizing shipping.
