By joining our team in Renewables you will have the opportunity to:Lead early phase offshore wind projects and potentially navigate competitive processes (an overall understanding of all work streams critical to the success of a project is needed)
Be a risk owner for the project, including HSE, security, commercial, consenting, and technical risks
Be task responsible and team leader for the offshore wind project team. Overall responsible for the offshore wind project deliveries
Determine and customize project delivery schedule and budget. What to deliver when based on external and internal requirements.
Represent Equinor in a variety of contexts
Key interface with partners (where relevant), suppliers and stakeholders
Be responsible for supply chain management including strategic considerations such as local content and strategic partnerships (this is performed in collaboration with the Procurement team)
Be a key link to project owner(s) and regional managementYou

Extensive offshore wind and project development experience, including experience leading offshore wind projects.
Relentless focus on improving the total business case and reducing risk of projects
Track record of competitive processes within offshore wind
Experience of delivering large capital projects
Experience and track record of building and leading multi-disciplinary teams to deliver on complex projects
Solid understanding of value drivers in the offshore wind industry and of what it takes to succeed in a competitive context
Experience managing complex stakeholder landscapes including authorities, Joint Venture partners, NGO’s, and other relevant stakeholders
Fluent English is expected, other languages are a benefit
Ability to energize and motivate others to deliverGeneral information
