You will join our Urban Civil Structures department
As our new Project Manager you will be part of an international department at Ramboll’s global headquarters in Copenhagen, and work on major infrastructure projects across all stages from planning through to construction together with our team of highly engaged and specialized engineers.
Our team is well balanced between senior experts, project managers, specialists and newly graduates. Knowledge sharing, digital innovation and open-minded collaboration across all levels within the department and other departments is part of our DNA and enables us to deliver innovative yet efficient solutions on a high quality standard.
Your future colleagues are right now working on major infrastructural and multidisciplinary projects such as the Fehmarn Belt tunnel and the Nordhavnstunnel in Copenhagen.
Our team of experienced designers and project managers work on all types of concrete structures such as cut and cover tunnels, metro stations, cloud burst structures as well as onshore and offshore wind turbine foundations in concrete.
Our engineers work alongside colleagues from other departments both nationally and internationally to cover all the necessary services to deliver these projects. The multidisciplinary aspect of Ramboll as a whole and the Urban Civil Structures department specifically gives you a unique opportunity to work with experts from other fields than your own, thereby developing your skills further. .

A master’s degree in Structural Engineering (or similar)Preferably 10 years’ experience in the design of concrete civil structuresPreferably 5+ years of experience with Project Management/ design management incl. relevant PM trainingExperience with complex multidisciplinary infrastructure/ civil works projects such as tunnels, foundations, retaining structures, wind turbine foundations and bridgesExperience from a position at a contractor welcomeUsed to deal with many stakeholders in dynamic, sometimes hectic project phasesThe ability to speak and write Danish and English at a conversational level

Your skillset is respected in the market and you have built up a valuable network, enabling you to understand client needs and market trends. On a more personal note, you thrive in the project management role and enjoy liaising between Rambøll (our technical team, other departments and disciplines) and the client considering the client’s needs balanced by a good business mindset.
You have a solid understanding of design of concrete structures which enables you to discuss overall design issues with the client. You are enthusiastic and passionate, and you are continuously keeping yourself up to date with the latest advancements and using them in your work.
