About the role
We are now searching for a grounded, collaborative Designer to join our X Shore creative team. You will support the Content Creator and Social media Coordinator in rolling out campaigns across digital and analog touchpoints.
Content - You will work together with our in-house marketing team to develop content, activations, and promotions
Make sure we have brand consistency across all marketing channels and product development
Create high quality and stunning marketing campaigns, but at the same time explain why that specific campaign can create a great impact for us
Develop the overall layout and production design for advertisements, website, digital ads, point of sale materials, magazines, print, internal material and displays, etc.
Coordinating with outside agencies, art services, web designers, marketing, printers, and colleagues as necessary
Support Content Creator and Social media Coordinator in creating final digital artwork for activations
Creating assets for own and paid channels (Instagram, TikTok, newsletters, site updates etc.)
Your profile
Passionate Designer within broader creative framework and style guides. Self-propelled, agile, fast, and design-eyed. Tech knowledge and interest in designing for different marketing platforms and ensuring our brand consistency throughout all our touchpoints. Having a cooperative mindset and sustainable marketing close to heart. You like to explore, try new things, and share your ideas in order to spark curiosity while challenging yourself, your teammates, and our clients.
A degree in design or graphical design
At least three years of experience in a similar role
You love to be nerdy around details and have a strong eye for visual composition
Understanding the importance of keeping a coherent brand expression throughout different touchpoints.
You are a team player and can handle many tasks at the same time
Software proficiency within Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other relevant design software
Strong understanding of working with typography and layouts
You have experience in creating video edits and animations
Flexible and enjoy working in a constantly evolving environment at a young, fast-moving growth company
Fluent in Swedish and English
