We are currently looking for a competent and outgoing project coordinator for our Technical Project Management and Logistic department within Offshore Operations, Technology and Standards Nacelle.
The team is responsible for executing NPI and NPP (New product introduction and new plant process) within our area of responsibility which is production processes, equipment and documentation along the logistic setup.
How to contribute to our vision
As project coordinator you will work closely with the project managers and specialists in the department by supporting with project execution and project administration.
Your responsibilities will be, but not limited to:
Project planning and scheduling of activities
Follow up on project tasks, details and documentation
Communicating progress reports to management and stakeholders
Support Risk Management and Opportunities
Assist in meetings and workshops (e.g. planning, facilitation and minutes of meetings)
Support with various reporting (e.g. monthly performance report)
Ad hoc tasks
What do you need to make a difference
In order to thrive in this job you have 2-3 years of experience as a project assistant, personal assistant or similar and you have knowledge of project management approaches. As Project Coordinator, you will contribute to a positive work environment by being an open and positive colleague and a trusted sparring partner for the project managers and their team members.
We expect that you:
Have a Bachelor degree in business or related field of study.
Experience with project planning of deliverables linked to a stage-gate model.
Are a proactive and flexible self-starter with an eye for details.
Have good presentation skills and fluent in English both written and verbally.
Can work on tight deadlines.
Know and can facilitate project management tools (e.g. risks and issues, stakeholder management)
Master Microsoft Office applications like Excel, Power Point.
In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
