This position is for the Finance team supporting Technology & Standards (T&S) in Offshore Operations. We are a team of 11 colleagues from 8 different nationalities supporting a global organization responsible for a wide range of activities and projects mainly related to new product introduction, new factories and support for existing factories. T&S has offices in Aalborg and Brande (Denmark) and Shanghai (China). As a CPM you will work in very close collaboration with the Project Manager and the project team to ensure the success of the projects in relation to new product introduction, new features introduction and other internal projects.

How to contribute to our vision
Besides being an active part of the project in all stages, in this role, you will also represent the project commercially in all relevant decision boards internally (steering committees and other review meetings). You will prepare, review and submit Cost Estimation for the products based on a set of assumptions and will actively communicate with internal stakeholders and manages solving of commercial issues. You will also:
Support in identifying, evaluating and assessing risk and opportunities, strategies and response activities
Ensure compliance with Siemens-FRG, Costing Guidelines and any other relevant Guideline in SGRE
Support ad-hoc requests in relation to the commercial aspects of projects

A structured team player, with strong stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate across all organizational levels is key for being successful in this position. It’s also important that you can adapt to changes and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
You preferably have a background in the area of Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Accounting or similar, with strong analytical skills combined with the ability to communicate clearly and precisely. You should have 3 years’ experience within other commercial roles. We also require excellent English skills - both orally and in writing - and experience in SAP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerQuery, PowerBI).
