Do you want to be a part of a complex offshore project, Tyra Redevelopment Project, and support the project team as well as the project services team? If yes, then this position at Total in Esbjerg might be your match!

Key Responsibilities

As Project Assistant in the Project Services department within Tyra Redevelopment Project, you will be able to shape and develop a central role supporting the project team and the project services team with ad hoc and administrative tasks that are key to the project’s success. This is with the possibility to continuously learn and develop your competencies when interacting with all members of the project team. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when finalizing tasks typically linked to project controls, reporting and performance management.

You will be working with documentation of various projects, presentations and various practical tasks. Overall, with the varying day-to-day tasks, you are responsible of managing and shaping your daily tasks.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:

Creating service orders in line with the project WBS to enable cost follow up;

Provide expertise in the SAP PS module as and when required;

Generating reports and dashboards from the Pims tool and updating visual performance boards;

Providing support to other project services functions as required;

Providing ad hoc support to the project team.

Your background

Skilled IT user of commercial and company software, such as MS Office and OMEGA PIMS;

Experienced user of SAP;

Preferably experienced with working on offshore oil and gas projects;

Proficiency in oral and written English.
