EVP NCE > SBU NCE Service > Special Projects
The Special Projects department is part of the Offshore Service organisation in Vestas' Northern and Central Europe region. We are experts in implementing Major Component Exchange, larger Upgrade Campaigns and, any other task given to us by Offshore Service Senior Management.
Resposibilities
Develop and maintain the Department's SharePoint siteSupport with SAP related matters and the Department's SAP SuperuserSupport the Department's Project Managers in maintaining project plans and budgets in SAP, Sharepoint, MS projects and other PM toolsFollow up on project actions and deliverables supporting the Project ManagersMonitor, control, and report on project qualityBuild and develop project management processes, tools, and best practices in collaboration with the Project Management team
Qualification
Assistant Project Manager with min. vocational- or academy profession-level education within a relevant field (e.g., finance, business, or administration)3-5 years of proven experience in a similar role or positionExperienced user of project management tools SharePoint and SAPSolid language skills (speaking and writing) in English are requiredExperience with global matrix organizations is desiredExperience with Document Management Systems
Competences
Good communication skills e.g., interpersonal skills and proficiencies in working with remote teamsMotivated, trusted, and a focused person yet a collaboratorStructured and attention to detail - experienced in solving administrative project tasks, sometimes several at the same timeEffectiveFlexibleEnthusiastic
