Kongsberg Digital is a provider of next-generation software and digital solutions to customers within the Maritime, Oil & Energy and Utilities industries. We are on a mission to digitalize these industries, and to support our growth, we are now looking for a Product Owner Applications to join our Digital Ocean division.
KONGSBERG's Digital Ocean integrates the entire journey that data takes from the seabed to the office, resulting in a single ecosystem for more efficient, lower cost and improved operational performance. The Digital Ocean is enabled by the combination of KONGSBERG's leading underwater technology for the collection of data, the interconnectivity to distribute the data and the final digital and cloud-based foundation to analyze it. In the Applications team, the goal is to create software solutions by integrating application services in order to create solutions that solves real challenges faced by our customers.
Are you ready for a challenge beyond your current scope?
As a Product Owner within Applications you will coordinate the product roadmap with Product Managers and other Product Owners. You will additionally have the full responsibility for defining tasks and user stories and manage the backlog of the product portfolio. This also entails responsibility for product iterations, release planning and user acceptance tests.
You will additionally become a part of the DevOPS team and report to VP and Product Manager Applications – Digital Ocean.

To succeed and thrive in this role you have a profound knowledge of agile software development processes and can show to a BSc/MSc within relevant fields. If you also have maritime domain expertise, this is the role for you.

Furthermore, you have a methodical and systematic approach, and manage to plan ahead, define clear priorities and allocate resources effectively.
Good communication skills, orally and written, in both Norwegian and English is a prerequisite.
