Product Manager - Offshore Wind
You will be our interface between the market and the product team during software development representing the voice and interests of our customers. This means you contribute to our team with solid knowledge of the industry, market, and the various business constraints; from marketing, sales, finance, legal, supply chain, as well as with deep insights of whom you deliver value to.
We are now looking for a person who can join our product team and take care of significant parts of our Offshore Wind software solution. A background of working with offshore wind logistics processes, or similar, and preferably experience from an IT provider would be perfect.Accountabilities:
Contribute in establishing business case and P&L of our product
User, customer and partner satisfaction
Product Lifecycle Management
Ensuring effective collaboration between our teams
Responsibilities:
Defining and driving the vision and strategy for our products
Communicate this strategy and establish a shared vision with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Controlling and accepting deliverables schedule, milestones, estimates and status
Proactively define, analyse and monitor metrics to measure the success of your product
Assemble and lead cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between stakeholders
Plan the short-term feature releases, as well as the long-term product roadmap for our product
Making sure that the deliverables are properly verified while managing risks and issues
Using project tracking tools to control project status and schedule
Desired:
Completed master degree (Software/IT not required)
Excellent communication skills
Business mindset
Experience with Offshore Wind logistics processes or similar processes from e.g. O&G
Brilliant documentation capabilities; especially written English
Must be self-propelled, take ownership and be efficient
Experience from working in interface development and sales
Knowledge related to our industries would be a benefit

The position reports to CPO. The offices are located in Lysaker and Horten and the office closest to your location will be the daily workplace (Horten at least 1 day a week after onboarding, if you live in the Oslo region). The position also requires some international travelling.
Norwegian skills are not required, but applicants must be living in Norway at this time being for further process and have a Norwegian work permit. Please write both CV and application in English.
