We deliver first class solutions and products to our customers – like JACKUP/barge crane, Service Operation Vessel (SOV) and Crew Transfer Vessel (CTV) solutions. We define the right solution, support sales and tender the vessel or helicopter as well as being deeply involved in the operations of the assets.As a Naval Architect, your main responsibility is to act as a specialist and validate, analyze and integrate vessels and maritime equipment, as well as support the safety level of the different operations. You will also be a Project Manager during new building programs, mobilisation projects and other maritime projects. Thereby, you will be the main driver for risk management, stakeholder management, deliverables, change note to signed agreement etc.You will also act as technical responsible during complex tender of CTV, SOV/Jackup/barge/crane solutions and other equipment. Thereby you will work with many different interfaces and have full responsibility for all required technical analysis and benchmarking of the different offered solutions including technical schedules.What you need to make a differencePassion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are looking for you, who wants to make real what matters and who wants to change to world to renewable energy.The ideal candidate holds a MSc level, preferably Naval Architect, Mechanical Engineer or similar, and has proven experience withThe maritime industry, preferably from offshore operations, jackup, maritime engineering, floating lift etc.Vessel regulatory requirements, vessel design, steel construction design and calculations, performance and knowledge of offshore wind projects, operations of CTV, SOV, jack-up vessels and other vessel types.Strong and demonstrated Project Management skills from similar industriesYou have a high professional competency and you have a desire to develop your skills. You have good collaboration skills and you can manage to act in different cultural contexts. It takes bright minds to make a difference.
