We promote a collaborative mind-set, work internationally and engage with our colleagues, clients and stakeholders.TURN CHALLENGES INTO SUSTAINABLE SOLUTIONSAs Ports and Coastal engineer, you will be working on a wide range of challenging projects for ports and coastal developments, offshore wind farms, met-ocean studies, etc. You will be a member of a large team.On day to day basis you will be responsible for:Application of numerical modelling for waves, water levels, currents, sediment transport, etc. using the state of art software MIKE 21Application of state-of-the-art coastal engineering methods to address problems related to marine structures and climate changeAssisting with data analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of marine and coastal processes (waves, currents, water levels, sediment transport) and forces interacting with marine structures in support of engineering for design on large and small coastal projectsPreparation of technical documents (reports, drawings, specifications)Engaging and interacting with other team members in a multi-disciplinary team.COWI is a leader within our field, because our employees are leaders within theirs.
