EVP NCE -> SBU NCE SERVICE -> Master Scheduling & Planning
The Master Planning and Scheduling department under Operational Development (OD) in Offshore Service Northern, Central Europe (NCE) is a new function responsible for creating and maintaining a Master Plan (portfolio plan) across all service sites in NCR Offshore incl. Special projects and After Sales work.
The primary output from the Master Plan is an overview of all activities offshore in NCE as well as a forecast of demand for resources, vessels, tools, and spare parts.Responsibilities
Your primary areas of responsibility:
Build and maintain a Cluster (Offshore Area) Programme across al SER OFS sites in the cluster incl. input from Special Projects and After Sales.
Assist in building and maintaining the architecture of the planning effort
Together with the Lead Portfolio Planner and the Head of Master Planning and Scheduling the Cluster Planner shall assist in building and maintaining a governance structure for portfolio planning as well as for operational scheduling
Together with the Lead Portfolio Planner and the Head of Master Planning and Scheduling the Cluster Planner shall assist in building and maintaining the structure around planning including processes and procedures for planning and scheduling
In close collaboration with stakeholders the Cluster Planner shall assist in building and maintaining an information flow to stakeholders responsible for meeting resource demand, to management, to service sites, to After Sales and to Special Projects respectively.
Together with the Portfolio Planner and the Head of Master Planning and Scheduling the Cluster Planner shall take part in and give input to planning related meetings with key stakeholdersQualifications
Experience in implementing project plans and scheduling of projects with Primavera P6 in particular
Product understanding and awareness
Contractual, commercial, and operational understanding
At least 3 years' experience in a similar position
Experience working with multiple teams across geographical locations

You will be based in our office in Denmark, Aarhus N, Dusager 4, but you can also work remotely. For this job you can expect 20-40 travel days per year.
