Description about project/department

Technology, projects and drilling (TPD) is Company's business area responsible for research and technology, project development and execution, well delivery and procurement. Having the corporate responsibility for technology implementation and project development puts us in the middle of making Company a competitive company facing the low carbon society. The TPD PRD FE Subsea & Pipeline (SP) section is a competence and resource unit, responsible for all Subsea and Pipeline resources in PRD’s project portfolio between DG0 and DG4.
Description about task and responsibilities

Fixed installation scope of work Key activities may include the following:Onshore preparations prior to offshore mobilization:

Familiarization with project scope of work.
Review of operational procedures.
Prepare for and attend Hazop for pipeline commissioning operations.
Prepare for and attend function test of equipment spreads.
Handle interfaces between parties involved in the pipeline commissioning operations.
Inform operations of upcoming pipeline commissioning activities.
Assistance to Company Representative for the pipeline commissioning scope of work.
Maintain Company’s notification plan towards PCO contractor.
Engage with and follow-up contractor’s planning for mobilizations to fixed platform.
Identify risks and closure of actions to mitigate risks.
Familiarization of site representatives to the pipeline commissioning scope of work.
Follow-up contractor’s familiarization of site personnel.
Offshore operations:

Offshore rotation, 2 weeks on and 2 weeks off
Act as Company’s site representative on an offshore rotation during the offshore operations;
Monitoring and follow-up of PCO contractor’s scope of work.
Establish and maintain work permits in SAP. - Hold daily meetings with and coordinate activities between stakeholders.
Prepare for and hold Safe Job Analysis prior to each pipeline commissioning operation.
Attend Tool Box Talks with PCO contractor.
Daily meetings and reporting to onshore project.
Coordination with activities onboard PCO vessel.
Coordination with activities onboard drill rig.
Organize assistance required from topsides contractor and operations.
Follow-up and approve daily reports and field paperwork from PCO contractor.
Evaluation and distribution of MOC’s (Management of Change).
Reporting of any incidents and quality deviations in Synergi.
Perform/participate in HSE site inspections onboard fixed platform.
Competence requirements

• Bachelor or Master’s degree

• Solid background within Pipeline Commissioning

• Good understanding of project development

• Experience with follow-up of engineering and marine contractors

• At least 5-7 years of relevant experience

• Good teamwork ability, strong collaboration and communication skills

• Structured, systematic and result oriented
Language requirements: English and Norwegian
International assignment: Work location Onshore sporadic offshore
