Join us in this role where you’ll be a Personal Assistant for the Head of Power Portfolio & Head of Market Trading. You’ll be the first point of contact for administrative tasks in the organisational areas and your primary task will involve ensuring proper long-term planning of meetings with strategic partners and the management team, as well as the timely delivery of high-quality material. You’ll proactively keep track of deadlines and hold responsibility for all practicalities related to relevant meetings and seminars.

You’ll be part of Power Portfolio & Market Trading where you, together with your passionate and highly competent colleagues, will be part of a close collaborative network of other Personal Assistants and where you’ll focus on knowledge sharing and aligning within the group. You’ll play an important role in:
providing administrative assistance, incl. email and calendar handling, which is a significant part of the role
performing presentation support, incl. developing presentations for meetings and managing documents and reports in advance of meetings, and after they have taken place
organising events and conferences
engaging in project work and ongoing operation of information management systems
being a part of, and working in close cooperation with, the team of personal assistants in Operations and at our London office.
To succeed in the role, you:
have some experience as a Personal Assistant, in which you have worked closely with senior management
have excellent communication skills, as well as the ability to speak and write fluently in English
possess a genuine desire to collaborate within and outside your own work area to gain business knowledge, achieve goals, share learning and skills, and promote cross-functional teamwork and culture.
