Key Responsibilities

As Permit to Work Coordinator in Tyra Redevelopment Project (TRP), you will be able to shape and develop a central role being the focal point for TRP Control of Works activities managed by the electronic platform, eVision, during offshore execution phase of the project in the Danish North Sea. You will get to use your knowledge and experience applying a range of techniques when coaching and supporting to Performing Authorities.

Overall, you have the responsibility of ensuring effective PTW process and coordination. You are the Super User of eVision System.

These areas of responsibilities will include tasks such as:

Ensure the efficient use and availability of the PTW system in the offshore environment.Custodian for all registers kept in the electronic control of work tool and ensure that registers are kept up to date and content closed out as soon as possible.Coordinate the approval process and issuance of Permits.Confirm all permits are fully compliant with system requirements and prepared in due time to enable work to commence as planned.Conduct site visits to work locations together with Permit Authorities to ensure compliance with PTW system.Coordinate with Site HSE Superintendent for PTW audits, select permits for auditing and report on findings.Facilitate the daily PTW coordination meeting.

The Tyra Redevelopment Project (TRP) is a Major offshore gas redevelopment project in the Danish North Sea 210 km from Esbjerg with 40-meter water of depth. The project has completed its first phase with successful completion of hook-down and decommissioning works. The project in now into its development phase comprising both Brownfield and Greenfield activities. The greenfield scope of work consists in the installation of newly built facilities composed of:

3 Wellhead & Riser Platforms TE3 Wellhead & Riser Platforms TW1 Central Process Platform topsides (TEG)1 Living Quarters Platform topsides (TEH)New jackets for TEG & TEH

The Project installation is staggered such that the HUC&W campaign is divided mainly into three phases. The perimeter of the TRP HSE Supervisor will evolve according to the various HUC phases as depicted below.
Phase 1: Cold HUC with TE WHRP and TEH living quarter installed both in islanded mode. With 2 accommodation barges and expected POB peak of 200 Pax cumulated.
Phase 2: Cold HUC with TEG installation and TW WHRP (remote) installation, including well reinstatement. With 2 accommodation barges and expected POB peak of 400+ Pax cumulated.
Phase 3: Hot commissioning (SIMOPS) and first gas export until end of ramp-up, including well’s unsuspension.

There is also a comprehensive integration/reinstatement scope to be executed on the existing Tyra satellites and to be synchronized with the green field activities.

Your background

10 years of experience in Oil & Gas, with exposure to Construction, Commissioning, Production and Maintenance.Broad experience in running a PTW system in a high intensity work environment. Good analytical skills and must be able to keep overview of many activities simultaneously.Danish proficiency is a strong advantage.Proficiency in oral and written English
