Are you passionate about people and enjoy working with change management in an environment of digital transformation?DNV, Business Area Digital Solutions is seeking a People and Change Management Lead to support our Performance and Assurance Solutions unit (PAS) on their journey to take a leading position within Assurance of Digital Assets helping our customers to prepare for the future by trusting their digital assets and provide data-driven insights to enhance performance and ensure compliance.
The role is twofold, and the successful candidate will share his/her time between supporting the PAS organization to be a highly attractive place to work and develop for our existing and new employees, and contribute to customer projects with change management expertise to help our customers transform. Key for the role is to understand the connection between strategic competence, resource development and our customers need.
You will be part of the leadership team in the Performance and Assurance Solutions unit and report into the Director of Performance and Assurance Solutions. Performance and Assurance Solutions currently consist of around 70 employees in 3 different locations.
Working language is English and the People manager will preferable be based in Høvik, Norway.
Typical activities you will be responsible for:
Develop, manage, and implement strategic and tactical people initiatives
Drive and support change management and digital transformation services in customer projects to ensure success
Drive and ensure effective and efficient people processes, such as:
Recruitment, onboarding & retention
Competence development including talent / succession management process
Leadership development
Performance management
Compensation & benefits, including salary and promotion process and policy

Position Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
People related experience and interest
Interest in and understanding of digital technologies
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Cultural awareness and experience/interest in working with people from different cultures/ geographies
Comfortable working on multiple initiatives at the same time, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines
Fluent in English, verbally and written
