Do you want to join a global leader in renewable energy infrastructure investments? If so, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) may be the perfect place for you! We are currently looking for an excellent paralegal to join our Senior Partners (SP) HoldCo Team in Copenhagen.
CIP is among the largest fund managers globally within renewables. The SP HoldCo Team supports the Senior Partners of CIP from a financial and legal perspective with their ownership of CIP, co-investments in CIP funds and other private investments. We are a team of 6 highly motivated team members focusing on providing best in class support and service to the founders of CIP.
As a paralegal in our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the expansion of the team and play an important and appreciated role.

The role
You will contribute to the origination, structuring, and execution of the complex corporate structures. You will act as a key person for the maintenance of our Danish corporate entities by driving important processes related to among other things the following:
Responsibility for updating and maintaining corporate documentation including share registers, articles of associations etc.
Responsibility for creating and facilitating the process and documentation relating to the annual general meetings.
Ensure sufficient liquidity in the corporate structure including capital increase, inter-company loans etc.
Arrange for the signature of documents and subsequent filing with the Danish Business Authority and other authorities.
Assist on “know your customer” (KYC) forms
Support the Head of Legal on matters within your responsibility and assist on administrative tasks.
The successful candidate
We are looking for a colleague who can bring a service-oriented mindset to the team. You will succeed in the role by bringing a diplomatic approach and ability to handle confidential information with discretion as well as keep calm and stay focused during busy times. Further, having excellent stakeholder management skills is important. This role will also require you to possess the ability to handle multiple deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Furthermore, we are looking for a person who:
Is very structured and have high quality requirement about their work
Have an analytical and professional approach with excellent credentials as well as relevant professional experience
Possess excellent knowledge and experience of Danish Company Law
Holds strong project management skills and ability to interact confidently with internal and external stakeholders
Have the ability to deliver high quality work with a best practice mindset and attention to detail
Thrives with working independently and is an excellent team player
Engages in tasks with a positive attitude and a strong desire to work in a growing organization with potential to assume increasing responsibility, and ability to shape your own working day
Is fluent in both Danish and English
