This is a fully remote position that will be dispatching from home. Several locations have been listed for marketing purposes but only one position is available.
About the role:
Reporting to the Technical Service Lead, this role provides technical service, customer service, and field service to our customers regarding Pall Water’s products and processes. This technical role will perform remote troubleshooting, hands-on work, and process optimization. You will maintain positive relationships with our customers while making sound technical decisions to meet our customer requirements and maintaining Pall's commercial interests.
Required to travel 90% in both Canada and the United States. On occasion, we travel on weekends as required to meet the customer's needs.
Assist in the commissioning service and contracted services to the installed base assigned. Work to be completed within project scope, budget, and schedule as specified in the Site Work Plan.
Complete FATs for systems and mobile systems prior to shipment to customer sites
Assist in accurate installation, testing, commissioning, and service of Pall Water Systems and Products by Customers' Engineers and/or Technicians, or Contract Engineers/Technicians
Identify, implement, document system modifications, and conveying back to the project team. Responsible to reflect actual installation results vs. original design by marking up engineering drawings and returning them.
Assist in testing and troubleshooting PLC software and HMI software based on established design and customer requirements

Qualifications:
2-year technical degree with four years of shown experience.
Bachelor’s in Engineering and technical/ field service in water-related industry preferred
Technical service aptitude including process knowledge; PLC and HMI skills and service event capabilities
Proven track record of constructively solving problems, and communicating interpersonally both internally and externally
Demonstrated ability to effectively manage time with minimal direction in a self-directed and goal-oriented work environment
The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $58,900. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range is only applicable for jobs to be performed in Colorado. This range may be modified in the future.
