OWS Norway are now looking for an Operation Planner to join our TRS team in Bergen/Kokstad.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
• Preferably degree in engineering or technical certificate of apprenticeship/ technical institute
• Preferably 3 years of relevant TRS experience
• Minimum 5 years of relevant business experience
• Good knowledge of technical drilling equipment
• Accurate, systematic and have good sense of order
• Ability to cooperate, and be service minded
• Good knowledge of IT tools and systems within area of responsibility
• Good written and oral English skills
DUTIES/TASKS
• Follow up customer project/receive request from customer
Establish customer order
Ensure receipt of customer PO
Establish equipment list (recommendation/clarifications)
Ensure correct pricing
Update customer order when required
Prepare necessary reports
• Focal point for client for ongoing jobs
• Attend client meetings
• Follow up client feedback
• Prepare pre-job for Service Crew
• Contact with Service Crew regarding job performance
• Handle job report received from Service Crew
• Ensure customer order is ready for invoicing
• Approve outgoing invoices
• Follow up Synergi registered, including on current rigs
• Offer equipment beyond contract for all OWS product lines
• Be a door opener for OWS sales team
• Participate in tender process
• Sporadically offshore trips
