QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTSRelevant formal background, MSc level such as engineering, finance or leadership, alternatively long relevant experience within areas of relevanceMin. 6 years’ documented experience and results within either offshore operations with relevance for positions and/or Business and financial supervisor positions and/or Leadership positionGood knowledge of drilling related equipmentPrevious experience from a management positionAccurate, systematic and have good sense of orderGood written and oral English skillsNorwegian Offshore certificate –not mandatory but preferable
DUTIES/TASKSManage the Operational departmentMarket our services and productsFollow-up of suppliers, internal and externalFollow up existing and new contractsCreate rental Quotes in conjunction with BD teamTender preparationOptimize the equipment stockIdentify and suggest need for new investmentsAssist Head of Operation is creating and presenting investment casesFollow-up relevant agreements/contracts with customers and suppliersReport cost, progress and deviation in projects and daily operationsForecast revenue and cost on a regular basisMaintain and develop good relations and good service towards our customers and suppliersEnsure workshop and operational personnel are trained and competent in maintaining the WBCU Equipment by use of procedures and quality plansDepartment contract owner
