Description
Position Summary:
FourPhase is looking for Offshore Supervisors who will operate and maintain solids removal equipment (desander, filter unit, choke manifold, degasser, jetting unit) primarily in the North Sea but also in other international Oil & Gas regions.
Requirements:
Ideally 3-5 years of solids removal/control experience (with a good understanding of solids removal and closed-loop systems).
A Well Test and/or Coiled Tubing background is preferred.
Solid knowledge of oilfield practices and procedures.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as P&IDs, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedures.
Ability to prepare reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers and employees.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Computer Software (Word, Excel and Outlook).
Strong team player with the ability to work independently.
Effective organizational and interpersonal skills are required.
Certifications:
Offshore survival course
Offshore medical
Well Intervention Pressure Control Level 4
Responsibilities:
Rig up and operation of FourPhase equipment (connecting of utilities & pipework, operating the equipment, operating choke manifold, degasser, and desander)
Manage/perform feasibility studies (site visits, interface & drawings)
Manage/perform HAZOP & FAT/SAT
Perform maintenance according to FourPhase maintenance program
Advise on well flow rate, pump rate, gas lift rate, etc
On-site inventory
NDT testing
