Description

We are looking for a full time Quickflange Technician to join the team, based out of Stavanger or Tvedestrand, Norway.
The Quickflange Technician will perform onshore and offshore installations of a complete range of Quickflange (QF), Technowrap, and other ICR products. The role will also include the delivery of training of QF to customers and partners in Norway and working in the workshop when not on customer jobs.
The main tasks and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to the following:
Main tasks:
To deliver and lead offshore/onshore projects as a QuickflangeTechnician
To deliver the QF training program
Working in the workshop when not on customer jobs
When not on customer jobs, the QuickflangeTechnician will support the Workshop Technician, Project Coordinator & Engineering team in the following matters:
Special testing
Packing
Activations
Tool maintenance
Dual working
To follow established maintenance procedures and execute maintenance and service on ICR Norway equipment.
To update and file all equipment certificates.
Assist with incoming inspection of new or 3rd party equipment, and update established systems accordingly in SAP.
Internal training of all personnel using machines in the workshop.
Cooperate with Project Coordinator with regards to purchase of goods related to workshop and equipment based on max/min stocking program.
Assist with mobilisation documents, packing, unpacking and mobilisation of equipment.
Contribute to positive marketing of the product when on site. If possible, get new leads to more projects, contact key personnel to promote ICR Norway and get contact information.
Cooperate with sales personnel and give them new knowledge and information, possible leads, customer feedback.
Team working, helping each other, and standing in for each other, as required and planned.
Undertaking any other activities and support as determined by GM Norway.
Key responsibilities:
To undertake all installations in compliance with ICR procedures
To undertake all workshop activities in compliance with ICR procedures
To deliver a technical support from and within the workshop, ensuring the maintenance of QF tool inventory and other ICR products
To ensure a quality and HSE focus at all times
The successful applicant should have the following:
Mandatory Skills and Training Requirements :
Offshore training
Dangerous Goods training (preferable)
Follow all relevant HSE requirements

“Industri montør/mekaniker” an advantage, but not a must
