The team mission is ensuring ONE SGRE Spare Part Catalogue, with the correct Lower Replaceable Level strategy, in alignment PI&TE, OPS, S&MK and SP&S functions, focused in adding value towards business targets. Additionally, the team fosters simplification and clean-up of Master Data to enable healthy inventories, availability and promote Spare Part Life cycle guidelines in both New Platforms (NPI) and Fleet (ECM).
How to contribute to our vision
As an Offshore Project Manager within Spare Part Readiness, you will be working to ensure the Lowest Replacement Level & Product Spare Part Catalogue in Offshore business. In addition, you will act as the focal point for Spare Part related topics in Commissioning and handover Projects (24ONE99 forum) and facilitates solutions.
You will be responsible for:
Optimization of Recommended Spare Parts List continuously, ensuring feedback loop from operations into technology
Promote Cross-legacy synergies on duplicities and adaptations of Spare Parts to ensure efficient inventories and operations
Create guidelines for Spare Part Lifecycle within ECM & NPI (New Platform) to ensure the right lowest replaceable level, and in time, Spare Part Catalogues to operations and customers
Promote Compatibility Matrix generation on Main Components from Technology to enhance component availability
Promotion and guideline setting for Material Kitting such as Preventive and Mods&Ups
What you need to make a difference
Passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change. We are also looking for an autonomous and proactive Project Manager with experience in product and service technology environments. An individual who has a B.Sc. or M.Sc. or equivalent in in Electrical Engineering (or similar) and has more than 5 years’ experience within the industry preferably with product platforms. You have good technical understanding, and you have experience with stakeholder management and excellent coordination skills. Focused on value generation and certified in Six Sigma improvement methodologies, Furthermore you:
Have knowledge of PLM system like TeamCenter
Are a strong communicator and experience with interdepartmental communication, and maintaining relationships with internal- and external stakeholders
Capable of operating in a multicultural environment
You can demonstrate excellent English skills, both orally and in writing
