Job Description:
Driving force for continuous improvement
Responsible for offshore Detailed Operational Procedures (DOP) plan and input, and also lead DOP meetings
Be out in the field to ensure compliance with safety standards
Update KPI planner and prepare reports
Plan and lead After Action Review (AAR) meetings
Liaise with Drilling department for preparation to next operation
Qualifications:
Relevant engineering education or polytechnic petroleum college, petroleum technology discipline or equivalent competence
At least one year experience as Planner on a drilling unit
Good software skills
Good communication and cooperation skills
Good analytic skills
