Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is looking for an Office Assistant to join its dynamic and dedicated team in Copenhagen
The position
For CIP’s Copenhagen office we are looking to recruit an Office Assistant (37 hrs. per week) who is interested in experiencing and working in a dynamic and international business environment. The candidate will refer to the Office Manager.
Responsibilities include:
Ad hoc office assignments and maintenance
Travel booking
Lighter book keeping/travel expense assignments
Booking of meeting rooms
Printing and binding of material and presentations
Archiving and scanning documents
The ideal candidate
CIP is looking for a junior profile who has recently graduated from high school with a high GPA and who will hold this position for at least a year before beginning a higher education. We expect the starting date to be as soon as possible. The candidate has a positive mindset, meets his/her colleagues and tasks with a smile and is highly service minded. It is expected that the candidate has a solid knowledge of MS Office, is a well-organized, detail-oriented and efficient person who thrives with varying office assignments.
